Timeline & Conditions

• Standard analysis time: up to 48 hours of work per request.
  • For larger projects, we will provide a quote for additional billed time.
• Tools used: primarily Fiji, QuPath, Imaris, CellProfiler, Ilastik.
  • Python scripts or advanced custom workflows will be used only if necessary or will be referred to our software developer.

Important Notes & Limitations

• Analyses are performed only on data acquired by the user.
• Results are delivered in commonly usable formats (Excel, CSV, logs, etc.).
• Additional processing, formatting, or statistical calculations (e.g., ratios, normalization, plots for publication) are the responsibility of the user.
• Please ensure that your data are well organized and representative before submission.
